Who we are

Babyrazzi is operated by Babyrazzi Analytics. These terms govern your use of our website and private family journal. Contact support@babyrazzi.com with questions. By using Babyrazzi, you agree to these terms.

Your account and journal

Babyrazzi is for adults keeping their own family memories. You must be at least 18 and have the right to share the information you enter. Keep access to your email and sign-in codes secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.

Family profiles are references within your journal. Mentioning someone does not create an account for them, notify them or grant them access. Babyrazzi is not a social network or a service for children to use directly.

Membership and payment

Membership costs $9.99 USD per month plus applicable tax and renews automatically each month until cancelled. There is no free trial. Payment must be confirmed before you can write memories or add family profiles. The total, including any applicable tax, is shown before you pay.

Paddle is our merchant of record and handles purchases and recurring billing. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Babyrazzi does not collect or store your full payment card details.

Cancellation, refunds and deletion

Cancel renewal using Manage subscription in your account or your Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. If payment fails or your paid period ends, writing and adding profiles are unavailable until payment is confirmed.

Reading, downloading and deleting existing memories remain available while your account exists. Cancelling renewal does not delete your journal or automatically refund a payment. Our refund policy explains how to request a refund and preserves your mandatory consumer rights.

Account deletion is separate: it cancels ongoing billing and removes your journal from the active service. Download your memories first. A failed deletion request may require a retry or support assistance; check for confirmation.

Your content

You retain ownership of your memories. You permit us and our service providers to store and process them only as needed to operate, secure and support Babyrazzi, as described in our privacy policy. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Babyrazzi available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Keep an independent copy using the journal download. We do not promise perpetual operation or immutable storage. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security risks.
