Who is responsible

Babyrazzi Analytics operates Babyrazzi and is responsible for the personal information processed to provide the journal. For privacy questions or requests, email support@babyrazzi.com.

Information we use

We store your account email, account settings, saved memories, family profiles and selected mentions. Child birth dates are optional. We also process subscription status, payment identifiers, email consent records and technical information needed for security, error handling and preventing abuse.

Babyrazzi is intended for adults. Information about children is entered and managed by the adult account holder; children do not receive accounts through family profiles. Only enter information you have the right to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive details.

Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, save and display your journal, manage paid access, send requested reminders, provide support and protect the service. Where applicable, these activities rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, your consent for optional emails, or legal obligations.

Services that help us operate

Supabase provides authentication and database storage, Vercel hosts the website, and Resend delivers sign-in emails, optional reminders and newsletter emails. They process information needed to provide those functions.

Paddle handles payments as merchant of record. We send your account email and an internal account identifier to connect a purchase to your membership. Payment details are entered directly with Paddle; we do not store full card details. Journal entries and family profiles are not sent to Paddle. Paddle’s handling of purchase information is described in its privacy policy.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer protections depend on the provider and destination. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Privacy and security

Your memories are not publicly published or shared with the relatives you mention. We do not sell your journal content or use it for advertising. The journal is not end-to-end encrypted: authorized service operations may require access to stored information. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. The fictional preview stores its example journal and changes locally in your browser; reset the preview to clear those changes. Do not put private information in the preview. Paddle may use cookies and related technologies in its checkout under its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

We keep your journal while your account exists, including after subscription cancellation so you can read and download it. You can delete memories or your account. Account deletion removes the journal from the active database; provider backups and operational records may persist under their retention schedules. Records needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes may be retained longer by us or Paddle.

Newsletter records are separate from your journal account. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery and may retain a suppression record to respect your choice. Contact us to request deletion of those records.

Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete memories, remove family profiles, download your journal and turn reminders off in your account. Removing a profile does not erase names already written in memory text. Newsletter signup requires separate consent and confirmation; newsletter emails include an unsubscribe option.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive your personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise those rights. We may need to verify account ownership before fulfilling a request.
