Viola Davis Says Her Daughter Genesis Is Getting Into Her Lipsticks

It looks like Viola Davis has a little make-up artist in the family! She might not even be a year old yet, but her daughter Genesis already knows where all the lipsticks are hidden in the house! Talk about a fun (but messy) time, right?

“She’s written on the walls. She’s gotten into my lipsticks,” Viola tells People Magazine. “She calls it ‘lippy lips’ and when she gets into my lipsticks she puts it all over her face. I love kids and everything they do; I love their innocence.”

That innocence is what Viola says she loves the most. “I didn’t have a sense of security growing up. I grew up in dysfunction [and] in poverty, and it took me years of therapy … to make up for all the years that I had lost,” she explains.
