Suri Cruise Emerges With An Unhappy Attitude

Suri Cruise is still on vacation from school for the holidays. The daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes emerged today, in an all pink ensemble, as she headed off to work with her mom. Katie is finishing up her final week on Broadway, starring in the play ‘Dead Accounts’. The show started in November but has received lackluster reviews and announced it would end early.

Katie and Suri were spotted heading to the theatre together, with Suri not too happy about the whole situation. She hid her face and later when Katie carried her through the street, she dropped her stuffed animal, prompting her to burst into tears. Poor girl is having a rough start to the New Year.

Tom Cruise Buying Suri A New House In NYC

Rumors were flying that Tom Cruise was splashing out more than $20,000 on a fancy playhouse for daughter Suri for Christmas (see video), but the company says that simply isn’t true. Tom IS buying a Suri a house, but it will cost MUCH more than 20K! The celebrity dad reportedly splashed out more than $13 million on a home in New York.

Rumor has it that Tom bought the home so that Suri’s large and expensive toys and animals (a pony!) can be close to her since they are still at their home in California. Now that Suri will be living and going to school in NYC, it makes sense to have those things where she can enjoy them more often.

Video: Katie Holmes Leads A Tearful Suri Out In NYC

Katie Holmes has been busy with her new play “Dead Accounts”, for which she has been getting some positive reviews. We haven’t seen too much of Katie and Suri since the she’s been so busy working 6 days a week! Cameras caught the mother-daughter duo as they left a building in NYC yesterday afternoon.

Suri looked tearful as they made their way through the crowds. I’m sure this is a tough time for her with mom’s demanding schedule and Tom Cruise being over in the UK filming his latest flick since August.

Suri Cruise Spends Thanksgiving In London With Her Father Tom Cruise

It looks like Suri Cruise did get to spend the holiday with her father after all! There are new reports that say the celebrity tot spent Thanksgiving with her father Tom Cruise in London, England, while mom Katie Holmes spent the holiday back home in Ohio with her family. Here’s what we’re reading:

When Katie Holmes left New York’s LaGuardia airport early Thursday, heading to Ohio to spend Thanksgiving with her parents, daughter Suri was already in England, spending the holiday with her dad, Tom Cruise.

“Suri left Tuesday and will return Sunday to return to school on Monday,” a source close to Holmes tells The Huffington Post. “Tom and Katie agreed to this weeks ago.”

Six-year-old Suri will join her dad, who is currently shooting a film in the UK, and Tom’s two other children, Conner and Isabella Cruise. Suri is currently living with her mom in NYC, where she is in previews for her return to Broadway in the new play Dead Accounts, which opens November 29.

“We have Thursday off, so I’m going to have a chance to go home with my family,” Holmes told Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan a few days ago. “My sister makes a really good sausage stuffing and my mom makes a great turkey.”

What Does Katie Holmes Call Suri In Public?

Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and ex-wife Katie Holmes, is probably the most photographed and recognized celebrity kid out there. The paparazzi are never far behind when they step out, whether in NYC or L.A. The media attention has been a million times more heightened since Tom and Katie split a few months back, so Katie has found a way to try to help deflect attention on them.

When Katie and Suri are out and about in public, she has started calling her ‘Sarah’ in an attempt to not draw attention. Suri’s name is so rare that it would immediately turn heads and cause the camera phones to start going off.

Katie Holmes And Daughter Suri Leaving The Music Box Theatre

It looks like these two had a fun mommy and daughter date night! ’Jack And Jill‘ actress Katie Holmes was spotted leaving the Music Box theater with her daughter Suri Cruise after her matinee and took her out with a group of friends to eat in New York City on Friday afternoon. Suri was even spotted eating an apple before heading to the restaurant.

We haven’t really seen Suri out at night much lately, now have we? It looks like she’s sticking to her bedtime schedule, but with a few exceptions of course. It was the weekend after all!
