Jillian Michaels & Lukensia Enjoy The Malibu Chili Cook-Off

Jillian shared, “I explain to [my daughter] why we eat healthy [foods], and I incentivize them.  So for example, she loves Katy Perry, and I’ll say … ‘she roars better with kale! Katy Perry loves this!’ And so she’s like, ‘Mom, does Katy Perry like this?’ I’m like, ‘She hates pizza, honey.’”  She continued, “I also tell her, ‘I want you to grow up tall, I want you to grow up strong.’ She totally gets that.”
