Jessica had been in Canada earlier in the week for a press event.  The celebrity mom attended the Honest Company’s blogger and Press event in Toronto. She shared photos and updates throughout it – including some yummy looking treats they put out for their attendees.

Have you tried any of the products from Jessica’s Honest brand?

And Her Pumpkin Patch Princesses

Jessica Alba & Daughters Visit Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch

Honor Marie Warren hasn’t lost her love of dressing like a princess just yet!  Jessica Alba took her daughters, Honor and Haven, out for a mother-daughters day yesterday, with Honor putting on her best Belle dress for the day out!  The Alba-Warren girls first stopped off for breakfast together and then headed to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch.

Honor was all smiles as she got her face painted with a butterfly design.  Haven and Honor picked out pumpkins and enjoyed the other activities at the patch.  When did Haven get so big?  It’s like she went from baby to full on toddler!  Haven was spotted in some adorable skinny jeans paired with a pair of brown moccasins.

Chic Mom of the Week

Mom of two Jessica Alba is always working it around town, from the red carpet to the school run. This week we learned she’s broken up with longtime stylist, Brad Goreski, but we’re counting on Jess keeping up her hot-mama style no matter what.

Jess was spotted arriving at LAX today looking extra-fab in a black coat and a great hat. Her black bag finished off the fall-ready look. Her shiny tresses were wavy-straight with bangs parted in the middle and her makeup was natural with a raspberry lip.

Fashion breakup or not, Jessica Alba is definitely our chic mom of the week!

Four Baby Shower Essentials To Make You Feel Like A Celebrity

Kardashian Shower

What do celebrity moms Kate Middleton, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, and Jessica Alba have in common? They all had ridiculously fabulous baby showers! If you or your crew are planning on throwing a baby shower, don’t think celeb moms are the only ones who can get to enjoy the VIP treatment…you can make your baby shower one to remember, too!!!  Sure, you most likely won’t be rolling out a red carpet or hiring a butler any time soon, but why can’t you splurge on a few party essentials? Here are a few ideas for you to make your baby shower just as fun and glamorous as those Kim or Kate people…well, almost as glamorous!

  1. Invitations are a great way to get you and your guests in the best of party moods.  By invitations, I mean try, good ol’ snail mail invites. Invitations via Facebook or other social media are often easily overlooked as they just get mixed in with a sea of emails.  Old-school invitations add a personal touch by making your guests feel more welcome and making the event more special.  But what happens if you want to create personalized invitations? There are a few online printing companies that have you covered. Some even have pre-made templates to choose from! Take a look at these custom baby shower invitations and find the most fab invites to make your prospective guests say “wow.”
  2. Food is what some people live for and it always seems to be what most people remember and comment about (both good and bad) after any affair…showers, weddings, birthday parties. If they know you are going to have great food, your guests would hate to miss your baby shower.  First rule to follow is to not skimp on having an awesome selection of tasty sweets for your guests!  For example, when Eva Longoria planned Victoria Beckham’s shower, she asked guests to wear pink and served pink cupcakes along with rose champagne.  Chocolate dipped fruit is also a great alternative.
  3. So you have the guests and the food. Now you need fun and unique activities to make your guests happy, entertained, and engaged.  Grab a bunch of plain onesies for your future babies and have a design contest! That’s exactly what Minnie Driver’s guests did during her baby shower.  All you have to do is make sure your guests have enough materials and onesies to work with.  Another idea is to design a scrapbook for the baby for future photos. These events are sure to get people laughing, joking, and having a great time.
  4. For those that want to go big, why not throw in a celebration banner to highlight the occasion?  If you need a centerpiece for the party, a baby shower banner would be perfect.  It would set the tone for the party and give the event a real sense of place and purpose.  Make sure to pick a design that matches the theme of the party. Other than that, there’s not much else to it – it’s that easy. As a memento, you can ask your guests to leave messages for the baby so that your little bundle of joy can read them when they grow up! You can also pick one of these up from online printing companies like

At the end of the day, every mom should be a celebrity mom so give them the treatment they deserve. Make them feel special for bringing another life into this world.  Have fun with it as for most people, it’s truly a once in a lifetime event with memories that will last a lifetime.
