Kelly Rutherford showed up for court today, as a judge ordered, but she did not bring along her two children, Hermes and Helena, as ordered. The actress was due in court today to face questioning about why she defied a custody agreement regarding the return of her children to their father.
Kelly Rutherford’s custody battle has been heating up this week as she refused to return her children, Helena and Hermes, to their father in Monaco. Kelly, her lawyer and Daniel Giersch’s lawyer have been exchanging statements in the press after Kelly failed to fly the kids home on Friday, triggering “child abduction” accusations.

Kelly opted to keep her children with her and ignore the agreed upon return date of August 7th.
