Product Recall: BreathableSack Wearable Blanket For Infants

Yet another product recall involving children’s clothing!  BreathableSacks are being recalled for an issue with the zipper pull.  15,000 BreathableSack wearable blanket for infants are being recalled because the zipper pull tabs and sliders can detach posing a choking hazard to infants.

The wearable blankets were sold at stores and online retailers, and at www.breathablebaby.com from June 2012 to August 2013 and retailed for $20.

No injuries have been reported.  Consumers should BreathableBaby to request a replacement garment.

Product Recall: Trail Crest Recalls Children’s Hooded Sweatshirts

Approximately 350 Trail Crest boys and girls hooded sweatshirts and jackets have been recalled for a strangulation hazard.  The hoodies and jackets have drawstrings through the hood or neck which pose a strangulation hazard to young children.  The company is offering a refund to consumers.

This recall involves Trail Crest brand boys and girls hooded sweatshirts sold in sizes x-small, small and medium.

No injuries have been reported.

The hoodies were sold at  Zulily.com and other stores nationwide from November 2012 to February 2013 and retailed around $15.
