Join The “Mini But Mighty” Fight Today with Alex’s Lemonade Stand and Auntie Anne’s

Auntie Anne Alex Collage

Auntie Anne’s is all about family moments that bring us together with love! Because of this, they are once again partnering with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) to help fight childhood cancer!  Here’s a bit more on the partnership:

We have chosen to join and support a “Mini But Mighty” Hero – a child who has survived or is battling cancer. Our beautiful boy is Antonio from Souderton, PA.  The day after Thanksgiving, 7-year-old Tony was diagnosed with brain cancer. With surgery he lost the ability to move his left side, but he has never lost his will to fight. He is now undergoing therapy and oncotherapy to help get his body moving again. Tony is a strong, positive, happy, and funny boy who love Ninja Turtles, Spongebob and monster trucks.

For helping them spread the word about such a wonderful organization and sharing the story of a mighty fighter, Auntie Anne’s will donate $50, which funds one hour of cancer research, to ALSF. We kicked in some more.

You can help, too.

Please visit to raise more money and attention for ALSF. We are hoping you’ll participate to help raise money for childhood cancer research and make even more of a difference to children fighting this disease. Every little bit helps.

Love and Support for Every Child. I think that’s something all of us can really get behind.

We love the Bumbo Floor Seat…it’s such a wonderful growth tool…and we had it for all of our kids. Each of them loved being able to sit up like big kids!! Check out this interactive demo!

Bumbo also takes notice of the hardships that families in their hometown of Pretoria, South Africa face. A portion of proceeds from every Bumbo baby product purchase made worldwide is donated back into the community through Bumbo Cares.

Their Bumbo Cares facilities and specialized programs provide much needed support to the underprivileged and special needs children in Pretoria. This includes food, shelter and other essentials, childcare and development, as well as self-esteem building activities.

How Much Fits Into A Storage Unit And National Bubble Bath Day!

Did you know that National Bubble Bath Day was on January 8th?  I certainly did not.  Thankfully, the guys and gals over at StorageMart were on top of it. They actually decided it was fitting to donate bathing supplies to a local women’s shelter in Kansas City.  But instead of bubble bath and other frivolous bathroom items, the team chose more practical products so that they could be later donated to a local women’s shelter.  (All bath products used for the video were later donated to a local women’s shelter.)

Before they gave the products away, the folks at StorageMart thought it’d be an opportune time to show off the storage capacity of their standard unit.  As this video demonstrates, over 10 miles of toilet paper as well as gallons of soap and several pounds of diapers were able to be crammed into a single unit with the door closed.  All in all, the amount they were able to squeeze into a closed unit is impressive.

Here’s a fun fact – Did you know that eight years after nearly 30,000 rubber duckies were dumped into the ocean that some were still washing ashore on every continent?  You do now, thanks to StorageMartMedia, which included this fact in their video demonstrating how much bathroom supplies can fit in a standard storage unit in honor of National Bubble Bath Day.

Here’s the cleverly manic video!
