Pregnant Kim Kardashian Lunches With A Friend

Kim Kardashian is working hard these days and when it comes to her baby weight, it looks like she’s melting it off pound by pound. The reality television star and new mom is taking her time in shedding off those unwanted pounds and is doing so the healthy way, too. Here’s the scoop:

As far as Kim’s weight is concerned, she’s got a ways to go. She lost quite a bit of weight initially when she first started breast feeding, but it’s especially tough losing those extra baby pounds. She is still breast feeding and wants to continue for as long as she can.

From what we’re hearing, Kim is also doing a lot of hiking, too. As they say, nine months to put it on and nine months to take it off!

WOW! It looks like Busy Philipps has been working very hard (and fast) in shedding those post-baby pounds. The actress, who just gave birth to her daughter Cricket about a month ago, was spotted getting her work-out on with a trainer while she was out and about in Los Angeles, Calif. on Tuesday afternoon.

I can’t believe that Busy has managed to already lose so much weight because she looks amazing! As long as she does it the healthy way, I say more power to her for wanting to feel and look her best. Take a look below. 🙂

It just amazes me how some celebrity mothers lose their baby weight so quick! It’s only been a few weeks since Malin Akerman gave birth to her son, yet she looks like she bounced back to her pre-pregnancy body very quickly! The new celebrity mother was spotted running a few errands while she was out and about in Los Angeles, Calif. on Monday afternoon.

Explains How She Lost Her Baby Weight

The 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards in LA

According to Kristen Bell, it didn’t take her too long to lose her baby weight and in fact, she says that she did it the old fashion way too: by working her butt off at the gym! The new mom explains:

“I got off my butt and got to the gym,” she tells USA Today in a new interview. “I really have no secret. I started working out when the doctor told me that I could and I kind of put the pedal to the metal. I’m not doing anything unhealthy and I never would. But I’m trying to eat clean and keep everything on track as best as possible.”

Kudos to Kristen for setting a good example for other mothers by losing those baby pounds the healthy way!

Lashes Out At Her Baby Weight Critics

As I’m sure everyone knows by now, it’s not easy trying to lose your baby weight in record time after gaining it after nine full months of pregnancy. It took me well over a year to lose my baby weight both times while I was pregnant and I’m sure that there are many mothers out there that can relate, too. According to actress and celebrity mom Bryce Dallas Howard, she too is taking her time in trying to shed her baby weight off and at the same time is lashing out at her critics at the same time. Here’s what we’re reading:

“People are so vicious,” Bryce said about the snarky comments. “I now know to stay away from stuff that I used to see on the Internet. I don’t go online and read stories about myself anymore. People were picking on me when I did the Spiderman 3 press tour literally just 14 days after I gave birth.

“I can’t be in that headspace. I just don’t look myself up. I had a baby, that isn’t going to change, so I ignore things so I can be in my own little bubble.”

Bryce is totally right here in sometimes you just need to block out the critics, create your own little bubble and concentrate on your health and happiness. Kudos to Bryce for putting her family and their priorities first.
