Former Jersey Shore star Snooki (aka Nicole Polizzi) is celebrating that her son Lorenzo is already eight months old, but is also sad that the time is flying by! Snooki shared that her little guy is achieving new milestones every day!
The celebrity mom writes, “So as of right now Lorenzo just turned 8 months! He is growing so fast that I wish i could stop it! I was organizing all the pictures I’ve taken of him since he was born (probably about 15k) and he has grown and changed so much already that I’m like “Where’d my little peanut go?!”
Snooki gushes that Lorenzo got his first tooth and has officially started crawling! She’ll be chasing him down from here on out! “I know he’s still a baby, but he’s been having major milestones in the past month. Right when he turned 7 months, his first tooth broke through! I literally jumped for joy like I won the lottery because his cousin who is 3 months older, had broken his first tooth at 6 months so I was waiting for the moment! Then of course I realized that every child is different. Lorenzo also started officially crawling 2 weeks into his 7th month! So proud of my little peanut but OMG this is when the craziness starts! Let me tell you, I can’t even change his outfits without him squirming away in a matter of seconds.”
Snooki says Lorenzo also started standing up in his crib – a whole new adventure, “He also just started to stand up in his crib alone. So when he wakes up from his nap, he lets me know he’s awake by standing up, looking at me through the crib bars and screaming at the top of his lungs. It’s beyond adorable, but when he does it at 5 or 6 am in the morning, I want to cry. Lorenzo already has a full blown personality, A LOT like how me and Jionni are. He always seems to want to have a good time, and always laughing (unless he’s cranky and screaming at me). He’s always smiling and literally the happiest baby, in public. When he’s alone with his parents, he’s Dennis the Menace, and he’s only 8 months!”
In all seriousness, Snooki has really turned her life around since her days as a party girl on the Jersey Shore. She shared, “This is my life now, being head over heels in love with my son, experiencing the craziness of being a first time mom, and growing up big time! Lorenzo is the best thing that has ever happened to me and changed my life completely. He makes me want to be a better person and be the best mom I can be for him.”
That’s the sweetest thing we’ve read all day! Motherhood suits her well!
