Travis Barker Will Let His Kids Get Tattoos

Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker is covered in head to toe with tattoos. He’s also a father of three. So when it comes to his kids getting inked, he has a few rules.

“I just got to approve it,” he told HollyBaby.com at the UFC On Fox: Live Heavyweight Championship Fight in Anaheim, Calif. “It can’t be a tramp stamp; it can’t be something in bad taste.”

For Travis, it’s quality over quantity: “It’s got to be done by a good artist, and then I am cool with it!”

Barker is father to stepdaughter Atiana Cecelia, 12, and kids Landon Asher, 8, and Alabama Luelle, 5.

Jay-Z Talks Diapers & How He’ll Father His Baby

Jay-Z has been successful in many things through life: rap, author, and entrepreneur. Now, the heavy hitter will take on fatherhood with wife Beyonce.

“Of course, of course [I’ll change my baby’s diapers],” Jay, real name Shawn Carter, tells GQ in its December issue.

Jay-Z plans on being the best dad, unlike his own father who left when Carter was 11-years-old. “If your dad died before you were born, yeah, it hurts, but it’s not like you had a connection with something that was real,” Jay-Z explains of his situation. “Not to say it’s any better, but to have that connection and then have it ripped away was, like, the worst. My dad was such a good dad that when he left, he left a huge scar. He was my superhero.”

So what will he do different?

“Providing — that’s not love,” he explains. “Being there — that’s more important. I mean, we see that. We see that with all these rich socialites. They’re crying out for attention; they’re hurting for love. I’m not being judgmental — I’m just making an observation. They’re crying out for the love that maybe they didn’t get at home, and they got everything. All the material things that they need and want. So we know that’s not the key.”

The next installment of the Twilight Saga, ‘Breaking Dawn Part 1′, is hitting theaters this week.  Peter Facinelli, who plays Dr. Carlisle Cullen in the series, shared that his daughters are big fans of the books – and his character.

“My [8½]-year-old daughter [Lola Ray] sleeps in Carlisle t-shirts, so that’s kind of cute.

My 14-year-old [Luca Bella] has read the first three books, she’s just reading the fourth one now.”

He shared that it’s 5-year-old Fiona who tries to keep the family in check when it comes to real and fantasy:

“[Once] she wanted to go outside late at night, and I said, ‘We can’t go outside, there are coyotes.’ “She goes, ‘Dad, that’s not real. That’s only in your movies.’”
