Admits She Lied About How She Lost Post-Baby Weight!

Tori Spelling Pregnant With her Fourth A Month After Having Her Third Baby

As Tori Spelling continues to promote her new book “Spelling It Like It Is”, she is dropping bombshells all over the place!  So far she’s dished about a stolen sex tape, being flat broke and now she admits that she lied about losing the baby weight after her son Finn’s birth!

Tori originally claimed she lost 45 pounds of baby weight by exercise (swimming) and eating healthy.  It turns out she flat out lied!  Tori really lost the weight via starvation!  She shared in the book, “I really don’t exercise much, period.  So I took off my weight the old-fashioned way. I like to call it the Just Keep Your F–king Mouth Shut and Eat Air diet.  It’s all the rage.”

She explains why she lied, “My publicist had given me clear instructions about what to say about my weight loss. Women didn’t want to know that I had lost weight through dieting, not exercising. I didn’t want to be the a–hole who didn’t work for it. So I said that I swam. It was sort of a bad choice. I can’t do much more than a doggy paddle.”

I think it’s refreshing that Tori admitted it.  We all know deep down that some celebs go to unhealthy lengths to stay slim and lose post-baby pounds, so it’s nice to hear it straight up for once!

Shows Off Her Post-Baby Figure On Red Carpet

Cirque du Soleil Presents "One Night For ONE DROP"

Celebrity mom Holly Madison made her red (blue!) carpet debut last night, just 17 days after giving birth to her daughter, Rainbow Aurora.  Holly showed off her trim post-baby figure at the Cirque du Soleil Presents “One Night For ONE DROP” charity event in Vegas.  The new mom was stunning in a baby blue dress and black gladiator style sandals.

Holly made headlines yesterday for her interview with In Touch, sharing that she wanted to get back to her pre-baby weight in just six weeks.  It sounded crazy yesterday, but after seeing Holly last night, I’d say she’s nearly there already anyway!  We don’t know where she found the energy for a night out, but good for her for bouncing back so soon.

Pre-Baby Weight In Six Weeks?

Holly Madison may have just given birth, but the new mom isn’t wanting to waste any time getting back into shape!  The new mom shared that she hopes to lose the 40lbs she gained during her pregnancy with daughter Rainbow in just six weeks!

Holly isn’t doing anything too crazy, but she shared with In Touch, “Right now, I’m just concentrating on healing and eating healthy. I had my placenta turned into pills. My baby nurse said it would help me recover faster and get back on my feet.”

“We’re putting a gym in our house, so I’ll be doing yoga, Pilates and cardio.”  She also shared that she plans to stick with a diet made up of green smoothies, coconut-yogurt, teas and vegetable stews.

Holly hopes to get back to her Vegas show asap.  “I think that would be a perfect schedule for me. Just go down the street, do the show for a couple of hours, and then be back with the baby.”

I bet it won’t take Holly much time to lose any baby weight.  She was “all baby” right up until the very last day of her pregnancy. She really didn’t look like she gained an ounce anywhere else, did she?

Jenna Fischer Is Taking Her Time In Shedding Her Baby Weight

According to actress Jenna Fischer, she’s in no hurry to lose all of her baby weight as she has something much more important to take care of right now: her baby. The Office star says that while she is still carrying a little of the weight around with her, she’s lost the majority of it and feels great anyhow. Here’s what she tells People Magazine:

“I didn’t start exercising until Weston was six months old and was taking regular naps. When I go back to work on the show, I’m probably just going to have to take a break from any of that extra working out. I think just getting through the day will be enough.”

“It’s taken me every day of 10 months to lose the weight. I did it slowly and I did it moderately. It was important for me to lose it. I was a fit and active person before I had my son, but if there’s one thing I could do for a new mom, it’d be to alleviate her of any guilt or any stress over the idea of having her body look a certain way.”
