BRAD PITT
And Our Celebrity Dad Quote Of The Day!

Brad Pitt on a recent camping trip he took with his kids to Santa Barbara:

“I woke up way too early and way too wet. But it was really fun. Six kids — six of ‘em. Including one of our young ones. Angie as well. It’s a great thing, a great thing. Then we drove nine kids three hours in an Econovan. The kind you take a crew in, with bench seats. No other vehicle is big enough. There’s no car we fit in as a family. Everything else holds seven, eight tops. An SUV only holds seven. And we had nine — our six and three friends. Eleven, including us. It’s no frills, man. I’d love to have it all tricked out, shagcarpet on all four walls. But we live in a different world. We rent our vehicles. We don’t want things so identifiable because we don’t want to get followed. We spend a lot of time trying to evade the paparazzi. It’s a big annoyance. But everything in life’s a trade-off….”

BRAD PITT
Talks About His Family Life In Esquire Magazine

bpittesquirehilarious

While I know it’s been about eight years and we should have all gotten over this by now, I just can’t help but say it: Brad Pitt totally has Jennifer Aniston hair here. LOL. Like I said, I couldn’t help but say it!

The celebrity father-of-six recently opened up to Esquire Magazine, where inside he talks about his life with Angelina Jolie and their family. Here’s a snippet:

On how he’s happiest when he’s around his children:

“I always thought that if I wanted to do a family, I wanted to do it big. I wanted there to be chaos in the house… there’s constant chatter in our house, whether it’s giggling or screaming or crying or banging. I love it. I love it. I love it. I hate it when they’re gone. I hate it. Maybe it’s nice to be in a hotel room for a day – ‘Oh, nice, I can finally read a paper.’ But then, by the next day, I miss that cacophony, all that life.”

Matt Damon Puts Family First

For many celebrities, it’s often hard to leave your house without being bombarded by the paparazzi. And those pesky photographers can often make one feel like a prisoner to the world. But Matt Damon says he is lucky to not be one of them.

“I have friends who are like prisoners. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, for instance. They can’t just go someplace. If they go for a walk, it turns into an international incident,” says Matt, who is dad to girls Alexia, 12, Isabella, 5, Gia, 2 1/2, and Stella, 9 months. “I’m really lucky, because I have the best of both worlds. I do the work that I love and need, but don’t need paramilitary troops to protect me when I walk out my front door.”

And Matt reveals that his life revolves more around family these days than it does with fame. “Ever since I found my wife [Luciana] and we had children, my whole life revolves around that. It gave my life a dramatic change in direction.”
