Look at the excitement on their faces!  Amy Poehler’s boys were headed to a birthday party in Beverly Hills on Saturday.  In Beverly Hills, Disney comes to THEM and Amy’s sons couldn’t have been more thrilled about it!  As they arrived, both Archie and Abel couldn’t hide their excitement over seeing Minnie & Mickey greet them at the door.

Amy seems to do a great job balancing single motherhood with two boys and a crazy-hectic career, starring on Parks & Recreation, among other things. Did you catch Amy’s co-hosting stint at the Golden Globe Awards ceremony?  How do you think she did?

Amy Poehler and her two sons, Abel and Archie Arnett, took in a game of softball on Sunday.  The ‘Parks & Recreation’ actress was spotted in Encino as they cheered on the Swanson’s Parks & Recreation softball team at Hjelte Sports Center.

Even though Amy has been busy with her boys, her hit TV series and preparing to host the 2012 Golden Globes, she still finds time to make movies!  Amy has three projects that she just completed that will be due out in theaters in 2013:  A.C.O.D., They Came Together and You Are Here.

Amy Poehler is going through a divorce from her spouse of nine years, Will Arnett.  It looks like Amy will be okay, she has some superheroes to help her out!  Amy and her boys stopped by a kids’ Halloween party in Beverly Hills yesterday. Abel was dressed up as a fireman, while Archie picked a Batman costume.

It was announced recently that Amy and her former SNL co-star Tina Fey will be hosting this year’s Golden Globe awards together!  The last two years the awards show was hosted by the “controversial” comedian Ricky Gervais.

What do you think of this year’s choice with Amy and Tina?  Will they make a great team as co-hosts?

Actress and comedienne Amy Poehler made her way through Beverly Hills with her sons, Abel and Archie Arnett, this morning.  Amy and her guys were headed to school, dressed in their fall gear.  Check out those cool boots – they remind me of Finding Nemo.

Amy recently joked with Ellen about how crazy her boys can get.

They are boys, so they’re kind of crazy. Mothers come over with daughters and we have play dates. My house is a little crazy – everyone’s kind of running around, jumping off furniture. They’ll bring their daughters over and the daughters will be like, ‘Should we sit in the corner and cooperate?’ My guys are like, ‘I made chocolate soup.’ They will just make dirt soup. And the girls are making like a birdhouse out of organic materials. It’s different.”
