Victoria, David Beckham Name Daughter Harper Seven

It’ll now be Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper!

David and Victoria Beckham have decided to name their first daughter Harper Seven.

David made the announcement via Facebook saying, “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham,” the soccer star, 36, wrote. “She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7:55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister xx.”

Her numerical middle name is a reference to her dad’s old soccer jersey number when he played for Manchester United and England.

Report: Natalie Portman Shares The Name Of Her Baby Boy

Natalie Portman gave birth to her baby boy last month but hasn’t shared any details about her new bundle of joy the media.  Reportedly she did share with Israeli (her home country) TV show “Good Evening with Guy Pines”  her son’s name.

They reportedly have named him Alef.

Alef is the first letter of the Hebrew alphabet. It has been said that the letter represents the “oneness of God” and is related to the element of Air.

Natalie hasn’t confirmed this report just yet, and I’m not so sure we can expect that she will.

Updated:  Another source claims the name is correct but that the baby’s name will be spelled Aleph.  We’ll have to wait for official word to know for sure.

Victoria Beckham Gave Kate Middleton Maternity Wear

Victoria Beckham is hoping that Kate Middleton will be one of her high profile clients for her new line of maternity wear.

“It’s no secret that Kate and William will be starting a family sooner rather than later so Victoria thinks it’s not inappropriate to introduce Kate to her designs,” reveals a source close to the Beckhams.

“Being pregnant herself, Victoria is more than aware of how difficult it can be for expectant mothers to find fashionable clothes and she’s hoping to get Kate sold on her range nice and early.”

How soon do you think Kate will be pregnant?

One Name Natalie Portman Won’t Call Her Baby

A very pregnant Natalie Portman won’t be using her Oscar statuette as an inspiration for naming her first unborn.

The actress took home Best Actress at Sunday evening’s Academy Awards, but there’s no way her first child will be called Oscar if it’s a boy.

“There has been a lot of talk of calling the baby Oscar if it’s a boy,” says Natalie.

“It’s a nice name but now I don’t think it would be right to have two Oscars in the house. We wouldn’t want to get confused!”

Amy Adams Explains Her Daughter’s Name

Amy Adams says that while she planned to go the tradition route with her daughter Aviana’s name, she wound up naming her after Aviano, Italy, where Amy was born.

We had picked out a whole bunch of other names as well and we had thrown around Aviana, but I was into more traditional names and thought that we would go that direction,”

But, when she was born we just kept calling her, ‘Avi, Avi, Avi.’”

She shared with Rachel Ray how much calmer she feels since giving birth to Aviana seven months ago:

“Oddly enough, I’m more relaxed. I’m not nervous sitting here talking, last time I was here I was just a mess,” she reveals. “[Aviana's] so calm, I think she calms me down. She was born mellow … So I roll with her punches, she’s great!”
