Country singer Chely Wright is a first time mom! Chely and her wife, Lauren Blitzer Wright, welcomed twin sons on Saturday, May 18th. The boys came early, as they were due to be born in summer.

Chely and Lauren named their bundles of joy after their great grandfathers! George Samuel and Everett Joseph have their moms over the moon, we’re sure.

Chely shared about George and Everett’s premature arrival, “We are grateful for all the amazing medical care and the love and support of family and friends.”

We hope all is well with their new baby boys!

Daughter’s Name Was Inspired By The Movie Troy

NFL player Reggie Bush and his fiancee Lilit Avagyan welcomed a baby girl three weeks ago. The celebrity parents are now sharing their unique name choice, which was inspired by the movie “Troy”, starring Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom.

Reggie and Lilit named their daughter Briseis. The proud new pop shared, “It’s Greek. We were watching the movie Troy and my fiancée, who was my girlfriend at the time, said, ‘If we ever have a daughter, can we name her that?’ And a couple of months later, wouldn’t you know! The name was picked out months before she was even thought about. It’s crazy.”

Proud Mom Shows Off Her Son’s First Photo

Actress Malin Akerman gave birth to her son Sebastian just three weeks ago and she’s now sharing his photo with us for the first time!

Malin shared her precious newborn on Instagram, writing: “Did my hair today and this was my son’s reaction… I think he likes it ”.

Am I the only one who thinks he looks SO much like his daddy, rocker Roberto Zincone? Congrats again to the happy parents – Sebastian is a doll!

It looks like Malin won’t be taking too much time off from her busy movie career – the actress has a large roster of projects in pre-production! Six new ones, to be exact! We can’t wait.

Welcomes A Second Daughter And Has 2 Reasons To Celebrate

Ian Ziering and his wife Erin are the proud parents of another baby girl! The former ‘Beverly Hills, 90210′ star welcomed a daughter, Penna Mae, on Thursday. The extra special thing about Penna’s birth date is that it’s also their daughter Mia’s birthday!

Ian shared, “We didn’t plan it! Mia was born a week late and Penna was a week early.”

The couple also shared that the name Penna is in honor of Ian’s late father, Paul. What a lovely tribute to him!

Congrats to Ian and Erin and big sister Mia, who now gets to share her toys and a birthday! How fun!

Gives Birth To A Baby Girl!

Actress Poppy Montgomery is a mom for the second time! The Unforgettable star and her boyfriend Shawn Sanford welcomed a baby girl on Monday, April 22nd. Violet Grace Devereaux Sanford arrived bring and early Monday morning and joins her brother Jackson, 5.

Poppy gushed, “We are overjoyed with the arrival of our beautiful angel and filled with gratitude that she is happy, healthy and thriving.”

Poppy announced her second pregnancy back in January and then shared in March that she was expecting a daughter.

Congrats to Poppy and Shawn on their bundle of joy!

Explains Her Baby Name Choice

Kerri Walsh Jennings gave birth to a baby girl this week, her third child. The Olympian shared the choice behind her daughter’s name, Scout Margery.

Kerri explained, “Scout is my favorite character in all of literature — Scout Finch from To Kill a Mockingbird. She’s brilliant. She loves her family and I just love her little spirit. And Margery is after my mother, who is the most beautiful human being I ever met.”

Kerri isn’t the first celebrity mom to name her daughter after To Kill a Mockingbird, as Victoria Beckham named her daughter Harper after the book’s author, Harper Lee.
