Amy Adams was on the go this week with her family. The actress was snapped as she and Darren Le Gallo grabbed groceries with their daughter Aviana – who is growing like a weed!

I’m excited to see Amy playing Lois Lane in the Justice League films, but they seem to be a long way off yet.  She’s got a few other projects going on right now.  One of them will be of interest to fans of the Austin Wright book “Tony and Susan” – she’s starring in Nocturnal Animals, based on the book.  It’s often been said that Amy looks a lot like actress Isla Fisher and vice versa, and now they’ll be starring in the film together!  The two celeb moms will also be co-starring with Kim Bassinger, Jake Gyllenhaal and Armie Hammer!

The book’s summary sounds like something I’d watch!  I might need to pick up the book in the meantime!

Fifteen years ago, Susan Morrow left her first husband Edward Sheffield, an unpublished writer. Now, she’s enduring middle class suburbia as a doctor’s wife, when out of the blue she receives a package containing the manuscript of her ex-husband’s first novel. He writes asking her to read the book; she was always his best critic, he says.

As Susan reads, she is drawn into the fictional life of Tony Hastings, a math professor driving his family to their summer house in Maine. And as we read with her, we too become lost in Sheffield’s thriller. As the Hastings’ ordinary, civilized lives are disastrously, violently sent off course, Susan is plunged back into the past, forced to confront the darkness that inhabits her, and driven to name the fear that gnaws at her future and will change her life.
