Well, it’s true. Tori Spelling is indeed going to do a new reality TV show with Dean McDermott that documents their marital problems after the cheating scandal. The Lifetime show will be called ‘True Tori’ and will begin after Dean’s release from rehab.
‘True Tori’ is set to debut later this month, on April 22 (and no, this is NOT an April Fool’s joke as far as I know!). Lifetime’s press release reads, in part:
[‘True Tori’ will] document the couple in almost real-time as the navigate the unknown road ahead, beginning when Dean leaves treatment. [The show will] allow the audience to witness the most difficult and unpredictable period in [Tori’s] life… only time will tell if Tori and Dean’s marriage survives.”
Wow. Tori and Dean have gumption, if nothing else. I don’t think I could allow cameras in to film something so very private. I guess that’s what makes them reality TV stars. I wonder if the kids will be very prominent in the show? Here’s Tori taking Liam and Stella to the nail salon. Maybe they were enjoying something fun before the cameras start rolling?
