I’ve heard of prenatal yoga. This is the first I’ve heard of prenatal pilates, but it does exist. Pilates is supposed to be especially great for pregnant women because of the emphasis on building core strength. Apparently a strong core can help support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery. Hey, anything that can help is a bonus, right?
