Almost 2,000 baby rattles are being recalled this week for a choking hazard. The head on the rattle can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
So far no injuries have been reported, but there was one reported incident of the rattle’s head coming off. Customers are urged to take the recalled rattles away from young children immediately and contact Midwest-CBK for a full refund. Their number is (800) 394-4225 or visit their website at www.mwcbk.com and click on Product Recall Information.
The rattles were sold at small gift stores from July 2013 through December 2013 and retailed around $10.
