In just a few months Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe will have to face a federal jury on 39 counts of fraud. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star sat down with InTouch magazine to talk about how her family is coping and why she works so hard to stay strong for her four daughters, Gia, Gabriela, Milania, and Audriana.
Teresa explains, “Look — every family has problems. Nobody’s perfect. I have to be strong for my kids.”
She makes it her priority to make sure the girls are safe and secure in the midst of this stressful time. “Especially Gia — she’s the only one who knows anything is going on, so I do everything I can to make her feel comfortable. I just want my daughters to grow up healthy and happy.”
Teresa has even hired a legal coach and crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, to help them through this mess.
She says about keeping her focus on the positive: “You’ve got to keep living life and being positive. You can’t just curl up in a ball and crawl into a hole. What’s that going to do? I want the kids to enjoy their childhood. And to be the best mom I can be.”
