There’s nothing we love like a child star with real talent. And that can certainly be said of ten-year-old Quvenzhane Wallis, who shot to fame after her starring role as Hushpuppy in Beasts of the Southern Wild earned her the honor of being the youngest actress to ever receive an Academy Award nomination.
But if you thought the genius she poured into Hushpuppy was a one-off, you thought wrong. The talented actress is now starring in the upcoming film remake of 1977’s Annie. She was spotted filming a scene yesterday in New York City. We can’t wait to see what else this shining star’s future has in store for her!
