This I think most parents can totally relate to. Actor Matt Damon says that these days he finds it very hard to be away from his family and that he has made a pact with his wife to not be any longer than 15 days away from his family when he’s working on his film projects. The 42-year-old actor also admitted that he really misses his partner and his daughters – Alexia, 14, Isabella, six, Gia, four, and Stella, two – when he’s away.
Speaking to French magazine Madame Figaro, Matt said: ”With my wife, we’ve established a rule of having 15 days apart maximum, and we never break it. However … I’ve actually just broken it by being away from her and my daughters for 16 days, it was way too long.”
He also added, ”From the age of 40, time becomes precious, and any separation from my family is very hard.”
We totally understand, Matt. I even miss my kids when they are at school all day! 🙂
