Glideaway beds is recalling about 1,800 of its Sleepharmony pink youth beds for a violation of lead paint standards. “The surface paint on the pink-colored youth beds contains levels of lead that exceed the limits allowed by law.”
The beds were sold at furniture and retail stores nationwide between February 2012 and June 2013 and retailed for $120 – $170.
If you own one of the recalled beds, you should stop using the bed and contact the firm for instructions for exchanging the bed for a replacement or for a full refund.
