It looks like there is mass confusion surrounding Kate Middleton‘s due date, while some people think that she’s already passed it while others think she might not be due for another week. Here’s the latest scoop:
Kate’s due date had been reported to be July 13, although the Palace have never offiicially announced the exact date the couple were given by doctors. In January a statement from Buckingham Palace said: “Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July.”
There was only royal baby born on that date: the Mirror’s royal baby, with royal correspondent Victoria Murphy giving birth to Isobel Aoife Anderson.
Kate went on maternity leave on June 13 – which would give her a month off before the supposed due date, something often popular with mums-to-be if they can afford to stop working early so they can enjoy a ‘nesting’ phase.
Either way, we just can’t wait for that royal baby to arrive already! It’s just way too exciting. 🙂
