Three brands of baby bath seats are being recalled today for failing to meet federal safety standards, including the requirements for stability. Specifically, the bath seats can tip over, posing a risk of drowning to babies.

The three companies recalling their seats are: Buy Buy Baby, Chelsea & Scott and BeBeLove.

No injuries have been reported, but all three companies are offering refunds to customers with these seats.  You should stop using them immediately.
