Fast & Furious 6 actress Elsa Pataky says that she and husband Chris Hemsworth do everything they can to keep their family unit together as much as possible. Elsa shared that it’s not always easy with their careers, but they make it work by putting their family ahead of work.
The mom of India Rose, 11 months, says “You have to make an effort and try to stay together as much as you can. If we start splitting and doing other things it’s not going to last. It’s difficult because you have to give up some things because you want to keep the family together. We try and keep it as normal as much as we can — like a typical family.”
India will celebrate her first birthday next month, but Elsa shares that they don’t have any outlandish party plans, “We hate to plan things, actually, so no plans yet. It will not be a big thing, just for us. We don’t even know where we are going to be.”
Chris was beyond ecstatic when India finally started saying his name, “Papa”, for the first time. “He was almost crying. He was [screaming for joy],”
I just love this family! They are so laid-back and down to earth, aren’t they?
