When it comes to losing those post-baby pounds, I’m sure that many mothers out there know that it’s no walk in the park. And for Beyonce, she says it wasn’t just a few walks in the park that she had to take to shed off that weight, but a couple of sprints, too! The chart topper opens up about her workout routine to Shape Magazine, and here’s a snippet of what she says in the interview:
“I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant. I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight, because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again,” Knowles says in the minute-and-a-half video clip. “I’m not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape,” she goes on to say, adding that dance is what keeps her active.
Kudos to Beyonce for being honest about a subject that many moms out there don’t feel comfortable talking about. What do you think, Babyrazzi readers?
