Actress and mama-to-be Jenna Dewan was spotted picking up a smoothie for lunch at Great Earth Vitamins after a pre-natal yoga session while she was out and about in West Hollywood, Calif. on Wednesday afternoon.
Tell us Babyrazzi readers, did you practice any yoga during your pregnancies? I’ll admit that I didn’t start getting into yoga until after I gave birth to my second child and fell in love with it quickly. It does a great job of de-stressing me after a long day at work and with the kids.
