Talk about labor pains! It looks like Kim Kardashian WILL still be a married woman by the time she gives birth to her child this summer. But the only problem with that is the fact that her husband isn’t her baby daddy! According to her soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries, he doesn’t want to speed up his divorce proceedings to his once married wife… just because she’s pregnant.
Here’s what we’re reading from People Magazine:
But Humphries’s lawyer Marshall W. Waller writes that “what is really going on here is that an ‘urgency’ in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy” is being used by Kardashian as “an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage (to) prematurely set this matter for trial.”
He adds parenthetically that the pregnancy is “something (Humphries) had nothing to do with.”
Waller explains his reasoning for calling the pregnancy as unplanned: “Indeed, why would (she) plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?”
OUCH! That had to burn! It looks like Kris really does mean business and that Kim won’t get out of this one too easily. I guess money can’t really buy you everything, now can it?
