The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak and her NFL playin’ husband, Kroy Biermann, welcomed their second baby boy, Kash, in August. The celebrity mom debuted her trimmed down physique just two weeks later to her Twitter followers. Now Kim is showing it all off in a new issue of Life & Style magazine.
Kim Z shares how she lost the 30lbs. “I’m only 5 to 8 pounds above my weight before I got pregnant. I never sit on the couch. I think breast-feeding helped me lose some weight, and I was really busy as soon as I got home with Kash. I went straight into filming my spin-off show, Don’t Be Tardy For the Wedding, and I’m sure that helped. I just never sat still!”
The mom of four says her eating clean helps, too, “I don’t eat red meat or pork or much dairy, and I always eat in moderation.”
