In a recent interview with the New York Times, comedian Jerry Seinfeld shared that his kids, Sascha, 12, son Julian, 9, son Shepherd, 7, aren’t the spoiled rich kids you might think they are. In fact, the kids think HE is a little spoiled and spends too much on fancy cars!
Jerry, worth an estimated $800 million, says that his kids aren’t into material things. In fact, when his wife Jessica bought their daughter Sascha an iPhone 5, she requested that they get her something cheaper after she explained it was a “mean-girl phone”. His son Julian told him that he’s spoiled and asks him to sell some of the expensive cars he collects.
The doting dad says having kids has given him a new lease on life. He says that after kids “there was this whole other quadrant of my brain lying there dormant. Kids give you something. If it wasn’t for my kids, I’m pretty much done with living. I could kill myself. Now there’s something else to live for.”
