Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has been through a rough time with her split from ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and the constant battle that surrounds their attempts to co-parent their boys, Jake and Mason. Brandi, who underwent surgery this week for a tumor on her breast, hasn’t been able to showcase her parenting skills on her reality show, and her co-star Lisa Vanderpump thinks that is a shame.
“There’s so much that people don’t know, and I wish that you saw more of Brandi as a mother – but she is not allowed to use her children [in the show], which is a shame because that is another whole side of her personality that we don’t see, she is a lovely mother and I have spent a lot of time around her with her boys.”
She also commends Brandi for her efforts to peacefully co-parent with Eddie and his new wife LeAnn Rimes. Lisa adds: “There are many things that I think no one is aware that Brandi’s done. The fact that she went to therapy with LeAnn [Rimes] and Eddie after he left Brandi, because it was in the best interest of the children. She wanted to make sure they worked things out going forward and make sure they would all be on the same page. I couldn’t have done that. I take my hat off to her for that.”
Brandi has some happy things going on her life, like a brand new book that’s due out in February of 2013.
