Pink has always had one of the hottest bodies in the entertainment world, so there was no doubt that the chart topper would be quick to regain her pre-pregnancy body after giving birth to her daughter Willow over a year ago. With the help of celebrity fitness trainers Jillian Michaels and Jeanette Jenkins, Pink was back to her hard-earned abs in no time. She says in the new issue of Shape Magazine:
“They both kicked my butt more than any other person I’ve worked out with. The’re both amazing, and their bodies were all the inspiration I needed to get back into shape.”
Pink’s routine changed up every day, but always included a heavy dose of cardio and a lot of strength training. She did interval treadmill routines, power yoga, and kickboxing. And from what we can tell, she got some great results as well! Good job, girl!
