Alessandra Ambrosio Credits Her Post-Baby Body To Healthy Eating

As any new mother would know, shedding those post-baby pounds after giving birth is no easy task. According to Alessandra Ambrosio though, she was able to bounce back pretty quickly to her pre-pregnancy body all because she maintained her healthy lifestyle throughout her pregnancy with her son Noah Phoenix. Here’s what she says:

“This time I didn’t really gain a lot of weight. I was actually trying to be as healthy as I could. The first time I gained a lot of weight and it was hard to lose it.” 

“Breastfeeding was really good [too], and running after my kids,” Ambrosio continued. “I love to do Pilates and SoulCycle and go on walks and surf at the beach.”
