Pregnant actress Sarah Michelle Gellar was snapped picking up her daughter, Charlotte Grace Prinze, from school on Friday afternoon. Sarah and Freddie Prinze Jr. are expecting baby #2 sometime this fall.

September is a fun month for Sarah and Freddie.  They celebrated their wedding anniversary on September 1st.  2012 marks their 10th wedding anniversary!  Also in September is Charlotte’s birthday – on the 19th.  Charlotte will be three years old this year.
