It looks like we might have another Hollywood baby on board! According to our photo agency, one of the photographers who snapped these pics of Rachel McAdams suggests that the actress might be expecting her first child as she was spotted with what looks like a bit of a baby bump as she was out and about with her boyfriend, Michael Sheen.
