Uma Thurman was spotted out and about in New York City with her newborn daughter on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately though Uma almost had a nasty spill when she tripped on the sidewalk with her baby in her arms but thankfully her bodyguard was there to help her avoid a horrible fall. Talk about a close call!
