Elton John credits his son Zachary for changing his life for the better, he says. The music icon reveals in a new interview that being a father has been the best thing that has ever happened to him. He says:
“I think it changes everybody. It’s the most wonderful thing that you could possibly go through. I regret a little bit that I didn’t do it sooner, but he has changed our lives. Everything is about him now. He’s gorgeous, he travels brilliantly, he so loves people, and it makes our lives – he’s the icing on the cake.”
“The first thing I do every morning is have breakfast with him. He shares my breakfast. Whatever I have, he wants. He has my boiled egg and I have his pineapple or vice versa. I sound like I’m the only person who has ever had a kid – everyone’s been through this. But for me, it’s an incredible difference to what life was before.”
