Gwen Stefani was spotted taking her two boys Kingston and Zuma along with her mother and a nanny to a school festival near Encino, Calif. over the weekend.
According to reports, Gwen had passed out sometime during the festival with the ambulance having had to come pick her up and take her to a nearby hospital. Her rep hasn’t confirmed the incident, but hopefully everything is ok!
