Did Jessica Simpson Schedule A C-Section?

It looks like pop star Jessica Simpson isn’t going the Beyonce route with a luxurious birthing suit, and has instead the ditched her plans for a $500,000 suit and has allegedly scheduled a c-section instead.

Apparently Jessica is so petrified of the pain, she would rather have surgery than deal with a vaginal birth. A source tells In Touch magazine:

“The though of going into labor scared the bejeezus out of her. Jessica has no tolerance for pain.”

While a c-section might seem like the easier route (it’s not), Jessica will also have to deal with some major pain post-delivery. Tell us Babyrazzi readers, what were your experiences with your c-sections and natural deliveries?

I really think it depends on the person. My first baby was induced, the pain was horrible. The epidural didnt work, so I had a forceps and vacuum delivery bc the baby’s heart beat dropped. Second birth was the easiest bc it was natural and no pain meds. Third birth was a c section. The epidural didn’t work, so I had general anesthesia and I had trouble breathing. That was the worst part and I almost had a NG tube bc I couldn’t pass gas. So natural is the easiest, but it depends on the person’s pain threshold. She should be proud of herself no matter which birthing method she chooses bc having a baby inside you for nine months can make you uncomfortable!

I wouldn’t be surprised if she was going through with a c section but I would think it was because the worry of the baby being too big. She has already voiced concern about having a huge baby because her husband was a big baby.

There are many reasons why women have to have csections. We do not know Jessica’s ob complications or medical history. There is pain involved no matter which way the baby comes out. #stopjudging!

My first two were c-sections, and my second two were completely drug free vaginal births….I’d chose the vaginal birth over a c-section any day!!!
