Even though they’ve been separated since July, it looks like Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez‘s marriage is now officially about to become over. Marc filed divorce papers from the chart topping diva in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week.
According to his filing, Marc states that their separation date is “to be determined” and that he doesn’t’ want Jennifer to seek child support from him. Citing irreconcilable differences, Anthony also requested joint legal and physical custody of the couples’ twins Max and Emme, 4.
Let’s hope their divorce is a peaceful and drama-free one that is kept away from the public. It still looks like Marc and Jennifer are good friends though, as they are business partners and co-hosts on their Latin talent competition show, Q’Viva. Now that I think about it, they might be the friendliest exes to work together ever in the celebrity world.
