It’s been a little over three months since Beyonce has given birth and it looks like the baby weight is sliding off of her fast! It’s a good thing though, as the celebrity mom is prepping for three high-energy concerts that she will treat her fans to on Memorial Day weekend in Atlantic City.
According to In Touch Weekly, not only is Beyonce working hard to shed the weight, but her husband Jay-Z has also been by her side, encouraging her in her workouts and keeping healthy himself, too. The mag writes:
“Jay-Z has been hitting the gym with her and staying healthy, too When B hits the gym, she focuses on a combination of cardio and resistance training. Her trainer and fitness guru believes consistency is key.”
“She intends on looking amazing, sounding amazing and she won’t settle for anything less.”
