Kourtney Kardashian Says She Feels “Lucky” With Her Second Pregnancy

Pregnant celebrity Kourtney Kardashian says while she wasn’t feeling too great during her first pregnancy with her son Mason, things are much different for her the second time around. The reality television star says she has been feeling “good and lucky” and that most of the time she even forgets that she’s pregnant as she’s been busy chasing around her toddler all day long.

The socialite tells People Magazine:

“I feel really good … [though] this time I had a little more morning sickness. I think it’s a little bit harder being pregnant when you have a toddler I’m chasing after. Last time I could nap more.”

“I’ve been active chasing after Mason. We go on walks all the time. Pushing the stroller is like carrying all these weights, and then [there’s] the extra weight on my stomach, so it’s good. It’s fun.”

She adds:

“Last time I felt amazing the whole [pregnancy], and this time too. I feel really lucky.”

Penelope Cruz Opens Up About Motherhood

She doesn’t talk much about her private life, but it looks like new mom Penelope Cruz is opening up a bit about the struggle of jugging both her career and motherhood in the new issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

The Spanish actress tells the magazine that she finds it tough to go to work and raise her baby at the same time, and that is why she’s taking on less projects and spending more of her time being “a mom.” Here are some highlights from her interview:

On her idol, Meryl Streep: “When I first started watching movies and I saw Meryl’s work, that’s when I became obsessed with acting,” Penélope says. “Now I kiss her whenever I see her! She must think I’m crazy.” She recalls a magazine shoot they did together a few years ago for the AIDS charity (RED). “As soon as she got to the set, I had to sit topless on top of her. It was the most interesting love scene I’ve ever done.”

On juggling motherhood and career: “Maybe I’ll make one movie a year, maybe two, but it’s not going to be more than that because I have other priorities now.”

“I won’t go to places where you’re going to find more attention. I go to the opposite.” Her perfect day is “running around with my family at the beach, that’s all.”

Even though Penélope is remarkably direct and is effusive about “being happier in my 30s than I was in my 20s,” she also characterizes herself as a “worrier. I am living for every day and trying to have less fear, less worry. But I have always worried about everything; it’s in my nature. It’s the thing that makes me suffer the most.”

Of her red-carpet fashion choices, she says “All I look for is to be able to breathe!”

Alicia Silverstone Defends Pre-Chewing Her Son’s Food

After having caused controversy by uploading a video of her pre-chewing her son’s food in her mouth on YouTube, celebrity mom Alicia Silverstone is now saying that she doesn’t find anything wrong with chewing Baby Bear’s food before feeding it to him mouth-to-mouth and even calls the act “adorable” and “completely normal.”

Alicia defended her actions, stating that mothers pre-chewing their children’s food is something that’s been done for thousands of years and that it is a natural way to feed babies.

Alicia says in an interview:

“It’s just a thing that has been going on for thousands of years and I didn’t think I was inventing anything but in our culture…,” she said. ”Every time my husband goes to the YMCA some guy comes over and says, ‘That’s how we do it in the south!’ Between him getting those great comments and me knowing in my gut it’s natural and lovely, I really wasn’t trying to tell anybody what to do.”
