Halle Berry filed paperwork with the family court requesting permission to move to France with her daughter Nahla. As you can imagine, Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry is 100% against the move.
According to TMZ:
Sources tell us Gabriel is livid because he believes the move is punitive and designed to strip him of any contact with his daughter.
And Gabriel is particularly upset because Halle’s longtime boyfriend Olivier Martinez will be living with Halle and Nahla if the move is approved
There is a hearing scheduled regarding the matter.
I wonder how this will affect the court-ordered mediation and counseling in their custody case? I can completely understand Gabriel’s feelings of frustration over this. Can you imagine how difficult it would be to have that much of a distance between you and your child?
