‘The Help‘ star Viola Davis and her husband Julian Tennon adopted a baby girl named Genesis back in October. She shared with ‘The View’:
“We adopted a little girl at 14 months. It has just been wonderful.”
The new mom chatted about a ‘hair-raising’ experience for her little girl:
“She had to get used to me because black girls, sometimes we wear wigs and weaves. So the first time I took my wig off with her, she was like, ‘Nooo!’ She literally did that.”
It’s such a huge shock to kids – even just a change in hair color can throw them off!
