Singer Britney Spears gave the last performance of her world tour in Puerto Rico on Saturday (December 10). Following the performance, her and her family, including sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, headed home.
Britney tweeted about her belated 30th birthday celebration that took place Friday night (Dec. 9) and thanked her fans for a great tour around the world.
