TMZ is reporting that Usher Raymond‘s ex, Tameka Foster, is asking a judge to take away the singer’s rights to their two children Usher V, 4, and Naviyd, 2.
Tameka is claiming that Raymond is not holding his end of the bargain when it comes to co-parenting their two boys. Usher has reportedly missed paying Foster $5,000 a month for her own nanny, kept the kids during summer 2011 and Christmas break 2010 (they were scheduled to be with Foster), and has not followed through with letting Tameka watch the kids when he is gone for more than 8 hours.
Foster is seeking more spousal support due to Usher’s recently higher income after the divorce.
A hearing on the matter is set for Wednesday (November 30).
