Hart of Dixie star Rachel Bilson is aware that kids are in here future, but juggling motherhood and a career seems like a daunting task.
“I’ve always wanted kids – it’s sort of like an obsession, but I want to do it right, where I don’t have to work,” she says.
“I’ve heard the stories, and I know it’s possible. I don’t know if I want that, though,” says the 30-year-old, who recently reconciled with former fiance Hayden Christensen. “I’m not sure if I want to continue to work when I have kids.”
Knowing she’s signed onto Hart of Dixie for at least six seasons, Bilson says, “But if the show really takes off, I don’t think I want to wait too long to have children, either. You have to weigh up your options. I’ll figure it out when I get there. I’m a firm believer that everything will fall into place and it will all work out.”
